     But what truly goes on behind the scenes in this complex ecosystem?

 


      A Snapshot of the Global Dairy Landscape. The global dairy industry contributes hundreds of billions of dollars annually to the world economy. From massive industrial farms in the United States and Europe to small-scale, traditional dairies in India and Africa, dairy farming adapts itself to geography, culture, and demand. 

    India is the largest producer and consumer of milk in the world. New Zealand and the Netherlands dominate dairy exports globally.

    Demand for organic and A2 milk is growing rapidly, driven by health-conscious consumers. Now-a-days many brands in India have launched A2 Desi Cow Milk. 
One of the known brand 'Aphra' came out with A2 milk products in 2021 with the principle of  'Common interest of Common Man'.
