Some of the things which makes me Happy

One of my favorite things to do is to think about the simple things that make me happy. A lot of times we think we need to have things be perfect in order to be happy. We think we need a lot of nice material possessions, or exciting travel, or the perfect body, in order to be happy. But I believe we can find happiness in any moment. And for me, there are some simple things that give me a bit of joy: A quiet moment in the morning when the world is still waking up Some time reading a good book Going for a walk in nature Seeing the ocean, a lake, or a river Cozy moments by a fire Soaking in a hot bath or hot tub Lounging around lazily with my loved ones Reconnecting with a friend Berries. Or tropical fruit A square of good dark chocolate A cup of coffee, or tea, as I reflect on life A nap Stretching or doing a little yoga Tidying up Watching a sunset These make me happy. What simple things make you happy?
